NobleSpirit: Encapsulated History
Being one of the largest wholesale suppliers of stamps, coins, and other rare collectibles on eBay, NobleSpirit always has a rare item or unique collection coming through the doors and it's been a lot of fun making informative content that highlights the best of the best. The number of interesting collectibles makes it tough to choose what to feature in a video, but this one in particular was a no brainer since it appeals to both stamp and coin collectors: our biggest base online. These encapsulated stamps were fun to learn about while researching and editing the video together, and these types of informative and educational videos have started to become my favorite videos to create.

NobleSpirit: Dover Roadshow Ep. 1
I would often watch 'Antique Roadshow' with my folks growing up and I loved seeing all of the interesting or rare items that would be brought in along with the history behind the them. So when I became the content creator for NobleSpirit, I quickly floated the idea of doing our own kind of roadshow since we have so many roadshow worthy items come through our own business.
Since then, we've held over half a dozen roadshows in locations ranging from Hartford CT to Burlington VT and it's been a great way to both appraise collections as well as educate those who might not know what they have. This video is the first episode of our Dover NH Roadshow which was held at the Dover Public Library. This was a really great roadshow because the turnout was fantastic and we had some new experts with us to look at sports collectibles.
Drone & Timelapse Demo Reel
The ice fishing portion of the video was filmed on Flanders Pond in Sullivan Maine and it was amazing to see so many people out on the ice at the same time. The last section of the demo reel was filmed in Bar Harbor Maine, not too far from Sullivan.
The drone footage featuring The Hole in the Wall was shot on a motorcycle trip I took back in 2018 but all other drone footage was shot more recently. It was a crazy trip, my first big trip on that bike and seeing the country on the back of a motorcycle is probably the best way to see the US.

LIGHT'S JOURNEY
Light's Journey was my final project for the last production class at Keene State College and this was the project that solidified my love for astrophotography.
The project began with my friends James, Mikhail and I travelling cross country over to Utah to do a majority of the time lapses before looping over to California's Death Valley and Joshua Tree Parks, Nevada, and back home through Colorado.
The original idea was to have a short narrative go along with the film, but due to a combination of an encroaching deadline and some lost footage, I decided to edit the narrative out. But thanks to some digging in old hard-drives of mine, I was able to find the narrative footage and I plan on releasing the film how I originally envisioned it soon.
2016 CLARENCE DEMAR
MARATHON
This was a piece I shot and edited while working as the Multi-Media Director for The Equinox, Keene State College's newspaper.
The marathon is named after Clarence Demar, an incredible runner from Ohio who later moved to Keene, New Hampshire and won the Boston Marathon seven times, something no other runner has done since. The Clarence Demar Marathon has been hosted in Keene every year since 1978 in honor of him after he passed in 1958.
Evan Haas and Peter Dubois helped me film the runners as we drove to each checkpoint in the race and it was great seeing so many runners come out for the marathon.

KEENE STATE COLLEGE LLC VIRTUAL TOUR
While studying film production at Keene State College, I worked as a Res-Life employee during the summers and once the new Living Learning Center was built we decided to make a video tour for the new residents to see before moving in.
It's a beautiful building that houses students as well as having an area for classes on the ground floor. We ended up creating a few more tours for the other dorms, but this was a favorite to work on since it was a fresh new building and I was able to get a few timelapses of the new residents moving in.

ABOUT ME

Hey there, thanks for making it all the way down here! I'm Connor, a New Hampshire native who caught the movie making bug early on after seeing Peter Jackson's marvelous The Lord of the Rings film adaptation. My interest in astrophotography and timelapses didn't come to me until years later, but I'm a fast learner and it's become a big part of what I do, not to mention it complements my love of traveling.
Professionally my work in content creation began as a videographer and then the Multi-Media Director for The Equinox, the Keene State College newspaper. This was all while studying film production at KSC, and as the MMD it was my job to produce weekly videos about what was happening on campus and around town for our YouTube channel and website. I was a one-man-camera-crew for a long time while working as the MMD and it was a great way to start my filmmaking career because it forced me to learn the broader scope of content creation, not just what I wanted to learn, which has led to a deeper appreciation for it.
I was a big fan of the North Woods Law tv show when it was first filming in Maine, so I was over the moon when I got the opportunity to work as their DIT when they started filming in New Hampshire. Taking care of the filming equipment, release forms, expenses, and logging footage that was captured each day was the core of my job. Later on as I became faster at processing the paperwork, I often went with the film crew to drive the camera car or film from the passenger seat.
Although not professionally, I also filmed and edited Strangers by James Calnan III and Stain on a Schmuck by Matthew Cohen, college films that were created along with my Light's Journey project.
Since April 2023, I've been working at NobleSpirit as their videographer and editor to create YouTube content that highlights some of the unique items that we receive through consignments or collection purchases. These educational and informative videos have quickly become my bread and butter and are some of my favorite types of videos to watch and produce since it helps satisfy my need to learn a little about everything, no matter how esoteric.
As one of the largest wholesale suppliers of rare coins, stamps and other collectibles on eBay, NobleSpirit also helps by giving free appraisals for those curious about what they have at home, which fits perfectly into my filmmaking vision. My 'Antique Roadshow'-esque series idea quickly turned into a regular event for us that's helped many people discover the worth of their collection, consign or sell through NobleSpirit, and share the history of what they've brought in.
I'm currently living in Southern NH but I'm more than willing to move in order to work. If it looks like my expertise is what you need for an upcoming event or full time job, feel free to get in touch via email at cmfilmsandphotography@gmail.com
